Ensure you have a stable Wi-Fi connection and at least 1.5 GB of free storage. If it still fails, go to Settings → AI → Disable AI, then tap "Initialize AI" again. If the problem persists, email us with your device model and iOS/Android version.
Open Settings → tap the "Free Plan" row. Pro is a one-time $9.99 purchase that unlocks unlimited AI chat, voice input/output, and removes ads. No subscription.
Open Settings → tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID / Google account you used to buy. If it still doesn't unlock, email us with a copy of your App Store / Play Store receipt.
Refunds are handled directly by the app store you purchased from. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play: open the Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions & orders → find the purchase → Refund.
Voice input uses your device's built-in speech recognition. Make sure the app has microphone and speech recognition permissions (iOS: Settings → Diagix AI). Speak clearly and hold the mic button for the full duration of your sentence.
Diagix AI is a reference tool, not a replacement for a qualified mechanic. Use it to narrow down likely causes and understand what's happening, but always consult a licensed technician for repairs — especially for anything safety-related. See our Terms of Service for details.
No. We don't require an account. Chat history, diagnosis history, and settings are stored only on your device. The AI processes your questions on-device — nothing is sent to our servers. Read our full Privacy Policy.
In the AI Chat screen, tap the reset icon in the header to clear messages. To clear everything, uninstall the app — this removes all locally stored data.
